Terms, Conditions & Privacy



At we try to make the purchasing process as simple as possible for our customer.  Once received, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days with local and international deliveries expected within 2 to 4 working days.  We suggest that you have items delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for items on delivery.


If the product you have purchased does not fit or does not suit the desired purpose, we are happy to accept any returns and offer full refunds on the purchase price of the shoes.  The shoes must be returned as sold, and must not display any sign of wear and tear.  Returns postage is not covered under our terms and conditions.  We would ask that you send us an email to to advise us of the return so that we may process the return and issuing of credit or new product as soon as possible.


Provided the product show no sign of wear and tear and is returned "as sold", we will issue you with a full refund or store credit to the value of the pair of shoes purchased.  Refunds do not include the cost of initial post and packaging or return packaging.

Privacy Policy

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties. We use your email address to provide your order and dispatch confirmation or to contact you in case of order query. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are never shared with outside parties. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on-line. When ordering on-line we do not have access to your credit card information and we do not store your credit card details anywhere on our server.
