Delivery & Returns:

 

At BigShoes.ie, we want buying shoes online to be as straightforward as possible, particularly when you're shopping for larger or wider sizes that can be difficult to find elsewhere. We also know that shoe sizing isn't an exact science. A UK 14 in one brand can fit very differently from a UK 14 in another. So if something doesn't fit or simply isn't right for you, don't worry, you can return it to us.

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, normally within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times vary depending on destination, but most orders within Ireland are delivered within approximately 2–5 working days following dispatch. International deliveries may take longer depending on destination and carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation and any available tracking information. If you need your shoes urgently, please contact us at hello@bigshoes.ie before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Returns: Simple & Straightforward:

Wrong size? Too wide? Too narrow? Changed your mind? No problem.

We're happy to accept returns of eligible items and refund the purchase price, provided the shoes are returned  within 30 days of receiving your order unworn, in their original condition and with their original packaging. Return FREE to our Dublin 2 shop. If you're in or around Dublin, you can return your online order to our shop free of charge. Even better, you can try another size, width or completely different style while you're here. We don't currently offer free postal returns. As a small independent specialist retailer, we'd rather keep our prices competitive than build the cost of free return shipping into the price everyone pays. If you're unsure about your size or width before ordering, please contact us. We know our ranges and are always happy to help you choose the most suitable size or fitting. We’ve tried every shoe on, we’ve put as detailed descriptions on the website as we can.

Need a different size or width?

Before returning your shoes, contact us at hello@bigshoes.ie. If we have a more suitable size or style available, we'll be happy to help.

With sizes extending up to UK 18 and an increasing selection of wide and extra-wide fittings, we may also be able to recommend an alternative shoe that fits you better.

Return FREE to our Dublin 2 store, or return by post/courier at your own cost.

Refunds:

 

Once your return has been received and checked, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Returned products must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, delivery and return postage costs are not normally refundable. Please allow a short period after we process your refund for your bank or payment provider to return the funds to your account.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

 

If we've sent you the wrong product, or you believe your shoes are faulty, please contact us before returning them. Email hello@bigshoes.ie with your order number and, where appropriate, some photographs of the issue. We'll look after it for you. Not Sure About Your Size? Ask us before you order. This is what we specialise in. Different brands fit differently, particularly when you're dealing with larger sizes and wide fittings. Tell us what size you normally wear, what brands fit you well and whether you need additional width, and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction. Or, even better: Come in and try them on. Visit BigShoes.ie in Dublin (D02DY88) and compare different brands, sizes and widths before you buy. Big feet shouldn't mean small choice.

Privacy Policy:

 

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties. We use your email address to provide your order and dispatch confirmation or to contact you in case of order query. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are never shared with outside parties. To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on-line. When ordering on-line we do not have access to your credit card information and we do not store your credit card details anywhere on our server.
